How payments, refunds, taxes, and billing are handled at olienne.com.

Who is billing you
All transactions on olienne.com are processed and fulfilled by PELVI HEALTH, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (EIN 86-1273593).
Depending on your payment method, your bank or card statement may show the charge as "OLIENNE", "PELVI HEALTH, LLC", or "SHOPIFY * OLIENNE". All three refer to the same business.
Accepted payment methods
We process payments securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We accept:
Currency
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card or payment account is held in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and foreign transaction fee. Olienne does not control or receive any portion of those fees.
Sales tax
Olienne collects U.S. sales tax in states where we are legally required to do so. If sales tax applies to your order, it will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and shown as a separate line item before you confirm the order.
You will not be charged any sales tax that was not displayed at checkout. There are no hidden post purchase tax adjustments.
When you are charged
Payment is processed in full at the time your order is placed. We do not pre authorize, hold, or charge any amount before checkout.
Pricing and pricing errors
The price you see on the product page is the price you pay, plus any applicable sales tax shown at checkout. There are no membership fees, no required add ons, and no recurring charges.
In the rare case that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error or typographical mistake, Olienne reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. We will notify you by email before any cancellation.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
Olienne does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing of any kind.
You will be charged once per order. We will never enroll you in a subscription, store your card for future purchases without your explicit action, or charge you a second time for the same order.
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7 days of our receiving the returned item. The refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it on our side.
Return shipping
Return shipping within the United States is free. To start a return, email hello@olienne.com with your order number. We will reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
Chargebacks and disputes
If something is wrong with your order, please email us first at hello@olienne.com. We aim to resolve every billing issue within one business day, and in most cases we can refund or correct the problem faster than your bank can process a dispute.
Opening a chargeback before contacting us can delay your refund by several weeks while your bank investigates. We will always work with you directly.
Secure checkout
All payments on olienne.com are processed over a 256 bit SSL encrypted connection. Card details are handled by Shopify Payments and Stripe, both of which are PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security available.
Olienne does not see, store, or have access to your full card number. We never ask for payment details by email, text message, or phone.
Billing inquiries
If you have a question about a charge, a refund, an unfamiliar line item on your statement, or anything else billing related, contact us directly. Our support team can usually identify and resolve the issue within one business day.
